1. What do I need to order a WYBB publication?

• internet access
• major credit card
• basic information about child
• electronic images/photos

2. How long does it take to create a WYBB publication?
The creation of a book takes 4-6 weeks.

3. How do I preview books?
Visit Our Books and click on individual book links.

4. How do I check the status of my order/s?
Visit My Account.

5. How will WYBB notify me about order status?
WYBB will send order status notifications via email. To ensure that you receive all emails from WYBB we recommend adding us to your email address book. You may also check order status from My Account.

6. How do I submit photos for my publication
Your photos can be mailed on a CD or uploaded via our website.

7. I didn't print the photo submission page to attach to my photo CD-Rom. What do I do?
Go to My Account and print page. Attach this printed page to your CD-ROM.

8. Do I need to explain who everyone is in the photos?
No. We will contact you if we have any questions.

9. How will I know you received the photos I mailed?
WYBB will send an email notification when your photos arrive and your account status will be updated.
