Information You Submit
As a WYBB Account Holder, your privacy is important to us. WYBB does not collect personally-identifying information about You (such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) unless You voluntarily submit that information to WYBB through the Account Registration process, inquiries, or participation in certain activities on the Site. When you register as an Account Holder, WYBB requests your name, address, email, and phone number. You will have the option to "opt-in" to receive promotional email about WYBB's services and product offerings. You will also be able to use a web form located on our site to inform others of WYBB and WYBB Services. Additionally, WYBB collects any information you submit as Content in connection with the WYBB Services for which you register as an account holder, such as text, files, images, photos, and retains any WYBB Products created from such Content. Content submitted in connection with WYBB Services is deleted from our server upon the earlier of (i) the shipment to You of Books or (ii) the closure of your Account. WYBB will retain electronic versions of the Books you created on our office computers until such time as you decide to close your Account, after which they will be permanently removed from our office computers.

Information We Gather Automatically
When You visit our Site, WYBB may automatically collect certain non-identifying Information about You, such as your movement about the site or the pages on the site You visit most frequently, the type of browser or computer operating system You use, or the domain name of the website from which You linked to the Site. WYBB treats the information in our Account Holder database, any personally-identifying information You submit through the Site as an account holder, as confidential. With the exception of the Content submitted by you for inclusion in Books, information WYBB gathers, whether voluntarily provided by You during the registration process or automatically collected, may be used for WYBB to communicate directly with you and for our internal business and marketing purposes, but WYBB does not sell or otherwise disclose such information to third parties except under strict contracts involving the production, publishing, or shipping of Books you have ordered. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other statements or representations here or elsewhere on our Site, WYBB reserves the right to disclose any information, including Content submitted by you in connection with WYBB Services, if WYBB is required to do so by law, or if WYBB believes, in good faith, that such a disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, defend our rights or property, or to respond to an emergency situation.

Additional Privacy Protections for Children
This Site is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. Any information submitted through the Account Holder registration form page that WYBB reasonably believes originated from a child under 18 years of age will be deleted. Children should never reveal their addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifying information to any strangers on the Internet.

Security
WYBB has reasonable security measures in place to protect the personally identifying information and your Content you submit to us in connection with WYBB Services once it is received; however, WYBB cannot be responsible for the security of information or your Content in transit. Your personally identifying information and your Content is only accessible to those individuals who need it to perform the WYBB Services. When You communicate with WYBB by email or submit your Content electronically or by non-electronic means, however, your communication is not necessarily secure from interception and is subject to all of the risks of electronic and non-electronic communication. WYBB does not guarantee the security or privacy of transmissions or submissions of your Content.
